Growing up in a family that built universities around the world, Neha has taken this desire to uplift, empower, and equip the next generation to heart by providing educational training and opportunities for young people internationally.

She has coached families all over the globe and Dream Life Foundation is a non-profit initiative to help drive fulfillment, edtech and educational initiatives, soft skills and more. Gupta's dream is to build a new form of education for students that can catapult them into a new way of life and create their own dream life. She is a serial entrepreneur, has sold companies, a 3x best-selling author who has been featured in Newsweek, ABC, NBC, CBS, Fox, and more and top TEDx speaker. Gupta is a true activist for new educational models and believes in the next generation.

All of this works hand in hand with Neha’s desire to see education be accessible for all - especially in parts of the world where it may be difficult to reach or only accessible to men. Her newest endeavor, the Dream Life Foundation, seeks to give tools for success at an affordable price, and build over 100 schools around the globe in communities experiencing great need.
Neha grew up in a family that highly valued education - and that value has been passed down from generation to generation.
In 1961, Neha’s great, great grandfather built the Thakur Das Aggarwal Primary School - which Neha’s mom actually attended! Just 4 years later, he also built the Gauri Datt Aggarwal Girls High School, providing quality education and empowering girls to build their own futures. Neha’s family also built the India RDS Public Girls College 30 years later - where 800 girls attend annually with bachelors and master’s programs.
All of this continued to grow, including USA Employment Opportunities for those in underserved communities, and assistance for High School students looking to get into a good college.
