Now listen - I know us older people are always telling you you’ve got it so easy. But the truth is, I can’t imagine what it’s like to be a human in 2022. The stressors are constant - and the ever-present bombardment of social media adds in problems like FOMO, cyber-bullying, hate comments, idealism, a constant influx of negative (often traumatic) news, and so much more. Add to that the expectation that you have to perform, make friends, change the world by the age of 25, and still make it home for Thanksgiving every year…it’s a lot!
